The Thin Series is selected as a NYCxDesign finalist as part of the Made in the Boroughs category.

Kin & Company is selected to participate in Sight Unseen OFFSITE, a show combining "works by the best and brightest independent design studios with those from established, forward-thinking brands to create a must-see destination for industry professionals and design lovers alike." This year, OFFSITE will present new and exclusive content, and we will be premiering a brand-new design at the show. Register to see the show, May 19-22.

Kin & Company's Thin Series is selected for the WantedDesign LaunchPad, a juried exhibition at WantedDesign Manhattan during NYCxDesign, which supports independent designers from around the world. LaunchPad is presented by DesignMilk and Design Within Reach. Best of LaunchPad will be announced May 22. Register to attend WantedDesign Manhattan May 20-23.

Kin & Company designs are now available through Workof. A website integrating showroom, trade show and ecommerce models, Workof empowers design professionals with a new way to source and showcase their work.

We were finalists for the Art in the Parks: UNIQLO Park Expressions Grant to fund a project which focuses on the possibility for social engagement to enrich our public spaces. The project, "By Ourselves, All Together Now," was proposed to the NYC Parks Department as part of an on-going development of the Thin Series, and a re-imagining the ubiquitous public bench. The installation is both functional and sculptural, as it proposes new ways to collectively share our public spaces, utilizing design to promote curiosity, play, and, community.
